Fresh 2: Don't Quit Your Day Job

       Many people think that the guys in the videos get thousands of dollars handed to them along with free sleds and parts.  Although many riders get help from different local and national sponosrs but that is unfortunately not enough to completely fuel the desire and the craziness.  There are only a few riders that get paid to ride year round and do not need to maintain day jobs but that is not the case for the majority.  Even X games pros need to have a steady job and income to keep thier habit quenched.

       The second installment of the Rave X original series is here! The follow up to FRESH called Don't Quit your Day Job is another northeast U.S. based flick displaying the gnarly terrain of the Maine backcountry along with some great freestyle footage of this seasons events.  We are here to show you that we are just regular guys having fun on the weekend and many of the broken parts and bones are coming out of our own pockets.  Again, we get some great help from some awesome sponsors including Ski-Doo and HMK but in general, many of these riders have full time jobs to pay the bills at home. 

       In addition, this year we were able to grab some great footage of our buddy Darryl "D-Rail" Tait who has battled back from a paralysis a couple years ago.  Darryl has bounced back and continues to rip on his sled and yes....backflip his wheelchair!!!!

        

              We will have some great backcountry of Maine footage featuring Alex Bishop, Brandon Bell, John Mcgovern and Rave X's own Ralph Gallagher.  We will also have a segment that follows the Outer Limits Tour through the northeast as we

our crew performs aerial stunts for big crowds.  Most importantly...you can see great footage of our adventure to Saddleback mountain in Rangeley, Maine.  When you combine freestyle ski/board with snowmobiles you get AWESOME!!!!

       We are planning a DVD release party for September so stay tuned for a date!  The party will be ALL AGES and feature prizes and giveaways.  At this point, we hope to have a live band as well.  Special thanks to the Maine music scene and some other talented artists for helping make this soundtrack a masterpiece.  Also, props to Chris Malenfant who is working around the clock to get this thing finished for us!!!!
